After building and losing an airline, surviving revolution, pandemic, and full-scale war, he wrote "Everything Will Be OK" — a memoir and methodology for building under impossible conditions. Alex Fox is an Italian-Ukrainian entrepreneur who has spent a decade building bridges between Italy and Ukraine — through revolution, pandemic, and full-scale war. Born in Ukraine and raised across Italy, Fox founded the OK Factory (a historic 1882 Lviv book factory turned innovation hub), Ernest Airlines (connecting Italy and Ukraine by air, funded by a Minecraft co-founder), Faktorist (a global trade platform for Ukrainian producers), and UAmbassadors (the world's largest distributed commercial network powered by the Ukrainian diaspora). When Russia's full-scale invasion began in February 2022, Fox converted a Lviv nightclub into a wartime command center and continued running international trade operations between air raid sirens. This experience crystallized into the War-Life-Balance framework — a methodology for building, leading, and thriving when the rules no longer apply.
